Thanks to Fr. Bertrand for celebrating Mass this month. Fr. Emmanuel reminds us that we are called to move closer to the Lord, both physically and spiritually.
The Resurrected Jesus extends his wounded hands on our behalf. He shows His Love for us to the Father and interceds on our behalf, seeking both forgiveness and Mercy for us from the Father.
So, do we extend our hands to Christ on behalf of others? Do we share with them the Love and Mercy that Christ has to offer them?
Like Peter and John in the days reading from the Acts of the Apostles, is it “impossible for us not to speak about what we have seen and heard”?? (Acts 4:13-21)
Sts. Peter and John, beseech the Holy Spirit that we too may find it impossible not to share what we have seen and heard. Amen.
