Sisters for Life is holding their 3rd Annual Celebration & Prayer – Fathers Day “Walk or Bike for Life” sponsored by Sisters for Life.  It’s a fundraiser to support the great work that the Sisters for Life do – spreading the message of chastity and abstinence in the community, sidewalk counseling, mentoring, praying, post abortive counseling.

Walk starts:  Saturday, June 18, 2011, 6:00 am

Where:  More Grace Church, 100 West Ormsby Avenue, Louisville, KY 40203

Destination:  EMW Women’s Surgical Center, 2nd & Market (Distance of 3.5 miles)

The Life Celebration Walk has a three-fold purpose:  1)  to Celebrate the (eventual) closing of the EMW Abortion center in Louisville and all others in the US and the world and to raise awareness of the detrimental effect abortion has on our community.  2)  The walk one day before Father’s Day reminds us that we CELEBRATE the gift of fatherhood and that abortion affects fathers too!
