Holy Father makes 2nd Request for Life Vigil

According to the Catholic news service Zenit. The Holy Father has made another request that ALL CATHOLICS be a part of the Vigil for All Nascent (starting to grow/develop; to be born) Human Life to be celebrated in local parishes and dioceses on November 27th.

He made this request during his afternoon Angelus on Nov. 14th at St. Peter’s Square. Contact your Parish worship committeee and see what their plans are for meeting the Holy Father’s request.

Teach us how to lay down our lives for each other.

Have Mercy on the children who are yet to be born.

Bless all families and give to mothers and fathers the graces they need to lead holy lives.

Lead all those who have had an abortion to repentance and grant them the assurance of your forgiveness.

May all those involved in this evil turn away from their sins and return to you.

Raise up new labourers for the work that needs to be done.

Grant them the courage to respond to your call, the gifts they need to carry out their tasks, and consolation of your promise of eternal glory.

Mary, Mother of Mercy, pray for us.
Watch over us and guide us as we uphold the sancitity of human life.

We ask this through Christ our Lord. Amen.
